Do you build the pool and the patio together?
Yes — and that's the point of using a design-build firm for a pool project. Because DECOR designs and builds both the pool and everything around it, the pool, spa, decking, and surrounding hardscape are planned as one environment rather than assembled by separate trades that never talk to each other. Proportions, materials, grade, and drainage are resolved together, so the finished result looks intentional from every angle — the deck meets the pool cleanly, the retaining walls frame it, and the water features feel built-in rather than added on. You see it all in 3D and a drone overlay of your property before construction begins.
What's included in a pool project?
A DECOR pool project covers the custom pool and spa themselves — shaped and sited to your yard and grade — plus the pool decks and patios that surround them, integrated water features like waterfalls and spillovers, and the retaining walls and hardscape that resolve slope and frame the space. Because it's design-build, planting and landscape lighting are planned into the same environment so the pool reads as part of a complete outdoor space, not a standalone installation. Everything is previewed with photorealistic 3D renderings and a drone overlay before we build.
